Spalding is a market town in Lincolnshire, with a population of 34,613. The current average sale price is £218,750. The River Welland flows through the town.

Spalding is known for being a centre of the bulb industry and the annual Tulip Parade took place in the town between 1959 and 2013. Sites of interest include Ayscoughfee Hall, which is Grade I listed and was constructed during the fifteenth-century.
