Wrexham is a town in Wales, with a population of 61,603. The current average sale price is £171,077. The town is situated 13 miles south of Chester and 30 miles northwest of Shrewsbury.

Landmarks in Wrexham include St Giles' Church, which is a Grade I listed building and dates from the Middle Ages. It is the largest medieval parish church in Wales and its tower is one of the Seven Wonders of Wales. Wrexham Cathedral (also known as the Cathedral Church of Our Lady of Sorrows) is a Roman Catholic cathedral and is Grade II listed. It was constructed in 1857. Erddig Hall is a National Trust property on the outskirts of the town and was built in 1684-7. Wrexham County Museum explores the local history of the area. Tŷ Pawb showcases visual arts and exhibitions. William Aston Hall at the university has a capacity of 900 and hosts theatre, comedy and concerts.
