Cheltenham is a spa town in Gloucestershire, with a population of 117,100. The current average sale price is £332,668. The town is located on the edge of the Cotswolds.
The town is known for its Regency architecture. Cheltenham Town Hall was constructed in 1902-3. Facilities in Cheltenham include a shopping centre; Cavendish House is the oldest department store in the town, having been established in 1823. Cheltenham has a number of primary and secondary schools, including Cheltenham Ladies' College, Cheltenham College and Pate's Grammar School, which was established in 1574.
